Here is a song that is going to be the first single from the new cd to be released later this year. Electricity gives life to so many things in the world around us that inspire us to create with. I was changing a broken light bulb prior to this song being written and got a little too close to the live filament that was still attached with my pliers. Even though the pliers were insulated, I still felt the surge of electrical energy go through my hand and arm. It felt numb slightly after this happened, but I was able to create this song based on how even we as humans have an electrical current that pulses through our bodies every day of our lives. Electricity is what allows me to create the beats that I do and allows me to express musically what I could not do with acoustic instruments. I have great respect for this force of nature!
